UFI Group has become one of the\u00a0<strong>key suppliers<\/strong>\u00a0to the SAME Deutz-Fahr group, the Italian multinational which is one of the world\u2019s leading manufacturers of tractors, harvesters and diesel engines, which it already supplies with oil, fuel and hydraulic filters.<\/p>\n<p>The UFI Filters heat exchanger for SAME Deutz-Fahr uses special production technology which involves the\u00a0<strong>die casting of water-cooled aluminium<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>plates<\/strong>\u00a0produced using a\u00a0<strong>vacuum brazing process<\/strong>\u00a0that guarantees increased durability and better temperature control. This gives the engine increased protection and a longer service life as well as reducing fuel consumption and emissions.<\/p>\n<p>The advantage of mounting a heat exchanger directly on the engine lies with its height modularity which enables it to meet the various thermal management requirements and the cylinder capacity of the engine itself.<\/p>\n<p>The new KF engine with a variable geometry turbine complies with the Stage 5 standard and the European\u00a0<strong>TIER 5<\/strong>\u00a0standards on polluting emissions for agricultural vehicles. \u00a0This powerful and high performing latest generation engine belongs to the SDF FARMotion range and is an engine specifically designed and developed for use in agriculture.
